The CTAA has undertaken a pro bono initiative with the Deeds Office of Cape Town.

• The link to the interim roster shows the particulars of the conveyancers attending on a day and can be accessed by the Deeds Office.

• The document is live, so you can simply fill in your details and it will automatically save when exiting the document. If you want to check if it worked, you can click on the link again. As explained, it will allow editing, even though multiple users might be editing at the same time.

Procedure at the Deeds Office

• The key will be with Ms Amanda Meko at the Information Section, with Ms Adele Buys having oversight thereof;

• You can ask Ms Amanda Meko to sign the form when the key is returned to her.
